If your ready to make a commitment and do what it takes to achieve the fitness level that you want, then you can have a lot of success. However, if you think that going for a light jog once a month is going to help you lose weight and become fitter, then you need to get realistic.</p>
<p>Before you head on down the gym, you should spend 5 minutes thinking about what it is that your trying to achieve. This is great because it really provides you with some solid motivation.
