All too often, people get started on radical, impractical diets that they drop after a few weeks because it’s too hard to stick with them. You may even want to talk to your doctor, who will probably be able to make sensible recommendations to you for coming up with a plan that fits both your desires and your practical abilities.

Exercise more, eat healthier foods, and stick to both of these on a regular schedule. By challenging yourself to do these things every day, you can make fitness a part of your routine and get the results you want in a reasonable amount of time.
